Reminder for Email Customers

Just a friendly reminder for ongoing or new customers wishing to move forward with email renewals.

Please be advised that the email which includes your season renewals may have ended up in your Junk Mail folder. If so, please remove from junk and add Leeside Snowblowing to your “safe sender list” (otherwise known as “whitelist”). To do so, please visit the link below and follow the instructions specified for your email provider.

2016-2017 Contract renewals are out!

Welcome back to another season and welcome to new prospective customers!

I hope your summer has treated you well. Although it is September and the days are still nice and warm, it will not be long until the bitter cold of winter is upon us.  Leeside Snowblowing was pleased to provide snowblowing services to you last winter, and looks forward to providing you service again this coming season. We also welcome new customers to call in and request an estimate.

News for 2016-2017

Not much news to announce for this season. Last season went so well that we decided to have everything remain the same, including our rates! We are also happy to announce that due to on-going demand and the positive response received last season, we will continue to accept credit card payments online or over the phone by calling 613-425-3425. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Visa/Debit. Further details listed below.

Contracts

Your contracts and renewals have been sent to you from Leeside Snowblowing. Contracts have been sent by mail or email as per your requests in the previous season. Any customers wishing to receive their renewals by email next season please indicate so in this years’ contract by checking the box and including your email address. Please review, sign and return your contracts by mail or email along with your payment using the payment method of your choice.

You are encouraged to complete the Special Notes section with any comments or special instructions you may have, and it would also be appreciated if you could update any missing contact information.

Payments

CHEQUE: Please send full payment or two cheques payable to Leeside Snowblowing for the date(s) noted on the contract

EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER: Please send EMT to matt@leeside.ca, using the password provided on your contract and be sure to include your full address in the notes/comments section of the transfer.

 VISA and MASTERCARD  (Visa-Debit also accepted)Please visit www.leeside.ca/payments to pay online or call the office at 613-425-3425

Installment due dates remain the same, and please note that a payment reminder may be sent to you prior to the second payment due date (January 15th)

Here’s to another winter season!

Dear Valued Customers,

Although we are still enjoying the summer weather and don’t want to get out the coats and boots just yet, we know winter weather will soon be upon us.  Leeside Snowblowing was pleased to provide snowblowing services to you last winter, and looks forward to providing you service again this coming season.

If you hadn’t noticed last winter, our Leeside Snowblowing tractors have had a slight makeover mid-season (pictures coming soon).

Due to high demand and in the hopes of making your experience with us a smooth one, we are excited to announce that we are now accepting Credit Card payments online and over the phone! We can accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa-Debit card payments – Amex coming soon. Further details listed below.

2014-2015 Contract renewals are out!

I hope everybody enjoyed the warm weather this summer, but if we are ready to admit it or not, it’s that time of year again! For customers who prefer to continue receiving their contracts by mail, renewals for the 2014-2015 season were sent on Friday September 5th, 2014. Please sign the contract and return one copy along with your two installment cheques, dated as noted on the contract.

For customers who wished to have their renewals sent to them by email this season, they were sent on Wednesday September 10th, 2014. Please send email money transfer to matt@leeside.ca using the password provided on the contract.

First Snowfall!

Well, it looks like winter is finally upon us! I am planning to start my first pass around 4am on Wednesday, Nov 27, 2013. Looks like it might take 2 or 3 passes before the driveways are completely cleared after the mess from the city.

2013-2014 Season Renewals are Out!

Well I hope everyone has had a great and relaxing summer because I am afraid it is that time again. The 2013-2014 Snow Removal Contracts have been mailed out yesterday, September 4th, 2013. If you could please sign one copy and mail them back with payment ASAP to secure your spot for this year’s snow removal. If you do not receive your renewal within a few days please contact the office at 613-425-3425 and I will make sure that you get it.
